I was referred to Ms. Kim Zak by a very good friend who vouched for her credentials. I was in a collision on Interstate 5 where I was rear ended in my car while I was at a complete stop. The impact was solid and it did some damage to me too. The nice thing about Kim is that she confidently took care of all of the minor issues that I could not due while I was at work and she confidently handled the bigger issues when they came at us. She was always reassuring and kept me positive that everything was going be settled fairly. After several months, Kim had arranged a very positive outcome. I appreciated her professionalism, caring and communication in dealing with everything she had to deal with, including me. I have already sent Kim Zak three of my friends whom all are very thankful they were in competent hands. I would recommend her highly to anyone, at any time. She is the best!!
