Bought a glass pipe here and they must have wrapped it too tightly or it chipped when it hit the counter but when I got the bag home before I fully unwrapped it, glass pieces fell out. I went back within 30 mins to exchange it because I was sold a broken pipe didn’t even fully open the bubble wrap and was told they couldn’t do anything. No exchange, no return, no discount, nothing.
