Zalla Pilates is getting a beyond 5 star review from me, an entire galaxy and beyond to be more accurate. I have been taking privates with Jesse for 8 months. She has helped me rehabilitate from an injury when my physical therapy through healthcare failed me. I am a medical esthetician and very passionate and compassionate in my work. What I have found at this studio is loving kindness, compassion and true knowledge of the process. Aligning and strengthening and healing can be practiced and learned here. Every one I have ever met within the studio - student, teacher, owner - all have been warm, kind and focused. This is an incredible practice that's truly helping people. When I met Jessie I found a mentor a healer and recognized a mirrored trait in her that made me a lifer. I was reminded of my own passion for my trade and the focus, love and precision with which I help my clients. This trait found in any healing practice is exceptional and once you find it hold it dear. I will be her client forever - because simply put - she's the best! I love this studio. I take private classes with Georgia and I never miss a class because Georgia is AMAZING! She customized my workouts and has helped me target specific body concerns and I am so happy with the results. Every class is different and so challenging and yet really fun! I’ve noticed real improvements in my overall posture, flexibility and strength. I can’t say enough good things. Give Georgia a try!!! 🙌🏻 ❤️

I have been a hair stylist for 20 plus years and my work is very hard on every part of my body. I have tried many different things to counter act the damage it has taken on my body. Zalla Pilates has been by far the most intense and therapeutic work I have done with the best results across the board.
