A store associate asked if I needed help, checked to see if they had the product I needed, and led me to it. Very friendly and helpful, and saved me a lot of time wandering the aisles searching.

Walked in to check out this ACE location. I'm new in the area and wanted to visit my local hardware store. This ACE is in a nice area near restaurants and other little shops. The day I walked in the weather wasn't extremely hot outside but inside the store it was abit uncomfortable, Seemed like they had not turned on the AC yet. I understand that ACE locations are not always up to date or the most extravagant stores but this locations needs alittle face-lift. Maybe moving things around, updating aisles and having more up to Date product. In the powertool area they didn't have any Milwaukee(atleast not any that I could see). Now a days who doesn't carry Milwaukee product. Looking at the outdoor/yard power tools I really wanted to see what options they had but they still had the old school black & decker and electric plug in tools.. the only thing new was the EGO battery ones. Anyways... I will continue to support ACE since it's my local hardware store, let's continue to keep the little shops like these open but alittle face-lift wouldn't hurt .
