This is the first auto shop I trust 100%. Truly excellent service! They went WAY above and beyond. Professional, kind, and very fast! They were extremely generous with the price and even jumped my car when it died on the way over. Zap is the ONLY car repair shop I'll use.

Took my Honda to Zap this afternoon for an oil change. I just moved up from the Bay Area and assumed thow shalt not deviate from your local Honda!! They were fab, changed the oil, checked the tire pressure, gave my car a rinse. 5 star service! I will be back. Thank you!!

I recently took in my 2008 Chevy Impala SS. I had a scary knocking noise from the front. I knew it wasn’t the engine and thought it was suspension such as a swing arm or the transmission. They only charged me for what I needed (New swing arms) they told me they were recommending I replace all. It is a 16 year old car I just bought so I knew they were right with that recommendation and were not pushy at all to get me to pay more money to get them all done. They were super helpful (Travis is a G) didn’t charge me much, now my car runs great was a super cheap fix and when they had the car on the lift they checked for oil leaks and they checked my breaks and fluids. Was super appreciated, they were fast at ordering parts and were super nice. After seeing police interceptors there I knew If the police trusted them it was probably a good spot. Their very good reviews don’t lie and their mechanics are all great.
