Black Friday!!! Wrong tags, no staff, fitting rooms closed even from 6 to 9 am pst!
Only 1 billing counter running, with just 1 person handling everything. Pathetic Black FRIDAY!
Update: I came back a few months later, and things have changed. The store was a chaotic mess. Clothes in piles unsorted. Hangers on the floor. Worst of all one hour before closing they and the dressing room was closed. The attendant said it was because she was short staffed.
Myself and another woman left because we couldn't try anything on. The other woman only had one item, and they still said no.
I drove a long way to come here and I won't come back again after this.
Original review: nice big Zara store. Dressing rooms are small but have good mirrors. Didn't make it to the second level but found lots of goodies at reasonable prices.
