This place is a shame . I’m a regular zara customer and purchase clothes there every months. I went to the store to return the clothes. I parked near zara and I had a ticket to validate . I kindly asked to scan the ticket , I was told by very incompetent and rude employee that he cannot scan it , because I had to buy something from Zara. So if you return clothes that you bought there , they won’t scan your parking ticket . This is ridiculous service and a person is just one more unhappy employee that hates his job.

Online it shows that the store is open (June 2024) but it is not. It's actually changing locations but this was not indicated anywhere on the website or on Google search. I went specifically to purchase something and was met with a store under construction. Please inform your customers and improve your communications.
