There 2 lines for purchase and returns. I always pay by cash and I need to wait until return lines completely done. The cashiers call only costumers from return line. They don’t care about another line. They need to be attentive.

While they continue to get the best selection in the region and have the best lighting, this Zara is so mismanaged. It’s always dirty, there’s always hair and dust bunnies all over the floors, the fitting rooms are atrocious and small, inventory can never be found even though it’ll say it’s available online and the people who work there are rarely nice, welcoming, or customer service oriented in any way shape or form. Be prepared to wait in long lines and leave happy about your purchase, but not willing to go back anytime soon.

The employees here including the manager and security guard treat people like animals here. Rude, disrespectful, and no regard for you. Absolutely no humanity or customer service.
