I have a hate/love relationship w this store. The best one imo is the one at the grove bc it’s 2 stories, but it’s always a mess. Their dressing rooms are closed right now, so you have to wait to try on at home. It’s a pain to have to return bc the lines are always so long. I like the DTLA one too. It’s pretty big. Got these cute flat sandals

I have never been so uncomfortable in a store before. The ruddest guy works here, staring and looking at you like you are stealing things from them. I just wanted to shop in peace. ✌🏾

Not a good customer service store , zara at the Grove is better in terms of better customer service , also employees here are not helpful & rude
