I wanted to return an item that I bought online, and it passed for 2 days out of 30 days, and the manager, with a square brain, could not help me at all, since in other Zaras they return at least one gift card, and I I just wanted to change the size, and he didn't want to help at all! It's not my fault that the sizes make them huge and I can't trust ordering something online and it's my correct size, they do get the size wrong, and we can't go wrong for two days

So the management here is worst here. First you have to wait in line to get inside for about 15-20 mins when nobody is inside. Than wait for another 20-25 mins in line to buy/return counters. The inside is totally empty with everyone standing in lines for counters. The worst part all the counters were not open as well adding to big lines.

The store has a lots of trendy clothes from Europe that you cannot buy anywhere else. The only problem is it’s quality.
