This location has very bad customer service, I wish I could give zero. Had a very terrible and worst shopping experience of my life. This was the first time ever in my life that alarm at gate rang that too because of guy at checkout counter. We bought four items and guy at counter didn’t scan one of it. However he did remove metal detector tag and folded cloth nicely and put it in our bag. When we were going out gate alarm rang. It was so humiliating and insulting as if we were shoplifting. The guy at the gate checked our bag and turned out one item was not scanned, when I was trying to talk and ask reason why it was not scaned first and now it’s so insulting for us, that guy was not letting us talk. He kept cutting us in between, probably because he knew it was mistake at their end. He was not even letting me ask question that why employee at checkout didn’t scan it and now it’s so humiliating for us. As a customer service employee they should know they have to let other speak too and not keep cutting them in between. It was mistake at their end and there was no acknowledgment of the mistake on their part, nor any apology. This experience was incredibly insulting and disappointing, and I feel compelled to share it. I hope this feedback helps improve the service for future customers. But right now.. worst staff… worst customer service !!!
