I used to be a Zara enthusiast but after the last few months I will never step foot in this store again. The only reason for this is one of the female employees. None of the other employees wanted to tell me what her name was, apparently it's against policy to ask for a name? The only description I can give to identify her is she has multiple piercings on each nostril of her nose. The last 4 times I have been in this store she has rolled her eyes at me, raised her voice at me for ACCIDENTALLY standing in the wrong line at checkout, and given attitude for no reason at all. I take pride in how nice I am to customer service workers. I'm not one to complain or treat any worker poorly, so I am very confused as to why she always seems to have such an attitude. I have so many friends who have also had the exact same issue with an employee, and they give me the same description. If your job is such a burden to you... LEAVE. Better yet get fired. She is the reason my family, friends and I will never visit this store again. Whoever is in charge of hiring at this location, you also need to be fired. No employee you hire should be rolling eyes and yelling at customers. The attitude in her is disgusting and she should never work a retail/customer service job again in her life.
