I wish I could recommend Zccounting but unfortunately had a very rough experience with them. After two months of communication in which I sent my accounts to their team, and they would come back with entries and statements that bore little resemblance to those books, I finally sent a spreadsheet with all expenses totalled and categorized, and they still came back with statements that did not resemble that data and had errors on 60-70% of the line items. I give them two stars for effort, but unfortunately in the end I had to do my books and file my taxes on my own, having already paid for their services. For being less than what they say it cost them in hours, it was a big hit to me time-wise and financially as a small business owner. I hoped for some resolution (my fault for not getting in touch until a year later) and Andrew reported that because I was paying for their time, there was nothing he could do about there not being a usable product at the end of our engagement. He even mentioned that their CPA had prepared a tax return and sent it to me, but there was no email matching that description. I hope they are able to serve other customers better than what I received.
