She also shared her expertise as an aesthetician and provided me with some unique Ayurvedic health techniques on the best practices for fasting and liquid dieting. Zdenka is a magician! Her facials involve a massage technique that visibly lifts your face with immediate results. I’ve never had a facial like it and I will never go anywhere else. People always ask what I’m doing to my skin and my answer is Zdenka! She’s also extremely knowledgeable about Ayurvedic methodologies, so even a facial feels like an extremely healing whole body experience. Zdenka deserves all the stars and more, I can’t recommend her highly enough!
