Just had my watch battery changed. Only $10.00. Took less than 5 mins. In and out. Just how I like it. Asked about resizing a ring smaller and they advised they would need to see the ring to give a quote on cost but it starts at approx. 45.00 and up. They undercut another jewelry store quote for the same ring by more than half. The other store quote was 100.00+.
Their jewelry selection is so diverse, you can lose a lot of time just looking at all the pieces. They said if they don't have a certain piece I was looking for, they could recreate the piece, using the gold I have from broken, unwanted jewelry, or they could provide the gold for me. The best part is that they can usually undercut the price it was listed. Awesome. They can also order a lot of pieces that are already manufactured that a custom piece would be to reproduce due to labor costs to manufacture it.
