Ordered my wedding dress from here 10 mo. before my wedding and was told it would take 8 mos to arrive. After 7 months I called to check on the dress and was notified it was in (even though no one called to notify me). When I arrived at the shop to try it on I became suspicious. At my first fitting I asked to see the sample dress to compare and that's when they finally came clean that they never ordered my dress and were in fact trying to sell me the sample dress at full cost. I was told I would be taken care of but they only offered me 10% off because "that's the discount the offer for sample dresses" because I CHOSE a sample dress?? no, just beware that's you're double checking their honesty, this can't be the first time they pulled this stunt.
The seamstress is the ONLY reason my dress experience was salvaged, she is WONDERFUL.
