Just discounted Bay merchandise, no bins of t-shirts or jeans etc etc, or racks of hugely discounted clothing , it's just the bay trying to pull people into their dying store with a fondly remembered name and prices .

Expensive, unknown own brand, dark and empty. Reminded me why Zellers went out of business in the first place.
