Can’t say enough about zen! The meals are hands down the best I’ve tried. I never realized how bad some of these other services are until I experienced my first week with Zen. Being a single guy with a very busy lifestyle it’s hard to eat right to help keep fit they take all the stress out of shopping and cooking meals. I tell everyone about Zen! Lastly think of it like this you get what you pay for and ZEN meals are worth every penny.

Out of all the meal preps my husband has used in LA county, nothing compares to ZEN FOODS. The foods tastes amazing, is super fresh! And their service is impeccable. My husband lost 10/15lb in the first month and I lost inches within the first 2 weeks! I recommend it to everyone who is trying to lose weight and eat healthy!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Z.E.N Foods, from the delicious food to the incredible customer service! I am currently using the 2 meal weight loss program and have already lost weight in just 2 weeks. This service is perfect for someone looking for healthy, fresh, and nutritious food that doesn't have a ton of time for meal prep. I never feel hungry and am always excited to eat my next meal. Well worth it! 10/10 would recommend to everyone!
