This phenomenal Taiwanese food truck located in San Gabriel offers some of the juiciest, most flavorful chicken you'll find on this side of Taipei.
I was craving some classic popcorn chicken and decided to give this place a try. The seasoning on the perfectly fried nuggets was spot on - not too salty but packed with umami flavor. The crisp exterior gave way to impossibly moist chicken that was clearly fresh, not frozen.
But the highlight was the giant crisp-fried chicken cutlets. These moist, tender slabs of chicken were easily the size of my face! The light breading packs a punch of Taiwanese spice. Each crunchy, addictive bite of these cutlets had me quickly going back for more.
Beyond the wonderfully executed chicken, the truck offers other authentic Taiwanese food such as Taiwanese sausage, boba tea and etc..
