This is the second time that I've used Zerorez to clean my carpets and once again they did an excellent job. They called before arriving, checked the areas to be cleaned, and explained what would be done. The work was done in a professional, organized, and efficient manner. The paperwork was completed and any follow up instructions were provided (such as - amount of drying time and what could be on the carpet before completely dry.) It was a pleasant experience and I would recommend Zerorez to others.

Our technician Daniel was great! Showed up right on time, explained how the treatment is done and got right to work, keeping me informed of the process every step of the way. His experience in the industry helped me make some decisions I was facing. I’ll definitely use Zerorez again in the future!
