Upon arrival the technicians introduced themselves and surveyed the areas to be cleaned. They gave suggestions on the spots seen on carpets and offered service options to address those areas. They explained the cost related to the options prior to starting. They gave a quick but thorough explanation on how the company cleaning process worked. The quality of work exceeded expectations. The technicians were friendly and professional.

Great experience with Zerorez. Easy to schedule, they were on-time, and the carpets and ducts are clean as a whistle. It was amazing to see how much dust and dirt they removed from our ducts and carpet

My carpet looks great. Only took the technician 30 minutes to do a 300 sq ft room. My issue is I was told he would arrive between 8 and 11am, with a call 30 minutes before arrival. He didn't show until 1240. Ten minutes after my second call to find out when he was arriving. And despite it being 1 room, I had to pay the 3 room minimum rate.
