Well done! The dog spots came out well and I was presented with a demo of the protectant to see how it performs. Job looked nice when done! I have used zerorez for years and have always been pleased with their customer service and cleaning. I will keep using them as my carpet service.

I just had my carpet shampooed by the Kennewick Zerorez before I put my house on the market. After paying over $200 my carpet didn’t look any different. As the carpet needed to be cleaned before pictures, I bought a cheap carpet cleaner from Walmart to go back over it. Attached are pictures of how Zerorez left my carpet looking and what came out of my “clean” carpet. I spoke with Zerorez before leaving a review to give them a chance to make it right, Zerorez offered to send someone back out at some point but not the following day which didn’t work with my timeline. They also let me know that because I shampooed the carpet myself they would charge me to come back out. I do not recommend using Zerorez if you actually want your carpets clean.
