HIPA issues: My information was given to another party without my permission against my HIPA rights. Illegitimate Charge Issues: After agreeing to $50 cost of exam and recieving said exam, I was given a $300 bill and they refused to discuss it. They then sent said illegitimate $300 bill to collections.
