HIGHLY RECOMMEND 10/10 I was so devastated when my car was hit while parked. Zio was very respectful and helpful with the whole process with insurance and car repair. They did not take too long and did amazing work. My car looks brand new!!! Highly recommended if you are in the greater Seattle area and it is your first time!

GREAT SERVICE! I chose this place because of the excellent reviews online. From my experience, they deserve all of the accolades, and I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. The repairs were for a rear-end collision I was in, and it was a relatively small job. However, they still treated me as an important customer. I had never gotten a rental car before, and they assisted me and advocated me in the process. They were highly communicative, keeping me updated daily, and they even got finished early. The repair itself seems perfect, and they even surprised me by cleaning the interior and exterior of the vehicle.

My Kia EV6 was rear-ended and received significant damage to the bumper and trunk and I searched for WEEKS to find a repair shop. I was turned away several times from most repair shops because my car was all-electric, and the other shops said that it would be a 3-6 month wait. Luckily, I found Zio and he said he would accept the car at any time. I was a bit skeptical but Zio was very transparent throughout the repair process. He kept me up to date on what was going on and was very respectful and professional during our interactions. When I picked up the car, I also noticed they cleaned the inside of my car. Awesome. If any of my other cars gets damaged, I will be using his services again in the future.
