Holy smokes! Can anyone say highway robbery? My kids locked the keys in the car last week, and that cost us $60 by a car service. That I was okay with. This company has a person come out and spend 5 minutes unlocking my front door and want $240?! Good grief. I should have just drilled through the front door knob and replaced the doorknob for a 10th of the price (this is what you should do) but I don't know where my husband hides all the tools and is hard to get ahold of at the moment. I don't care what type of doorknob I have, the price they charge is sickening. I cant help but think that most of these reviews are fake. Many sound fake.. Almost all of them, this is the reviewers one and only review... super sketch.

Called them for an emergency home lockout in the late evening. They were fairly quick to arrive and the technician was friendly. He had to get through a deadbolt which he warned me is often unsuccessful to pick. He got pretty close but ended up having to drill through. He had a new one to sell if I wanted it but he was not pushy at all. I was pleased with the service.

The kid was nice enough. $220 just seems like a lot to just pick a simple 5 pin deadbolt on a house. I was expecting maybe in the $80-120 range. I'd expect this type of price for maybe a double sided car key at midnight. Or least for a key to be made. I think next time I'm just going to go to Home Depot, buy a new lock and drill the old one out.

If this is a standard rate for this service, I'll never call a locksmith, any locksmith, ever again. Total ripoff.

I also notice how, of the +300 reviews there are 4 single star reviews and the rest are 5 star wow reviews with nothing in between. Also I notice how the only reviews that seem to have responses are 1 star reviews.
