I called and they refused to give a quote over the phone and said the technician would give a quote on site. A little shady but ok. When they arrived late, he wanted to start work and refused to provide an estimate or any kind of insurance or registration documentation. This is clearly a scam that preys on desperate people.

The service was fine and the guy was nice enough but they charged $139 which is more than I’ve ever paid. Maybe it was just the time or Federal Way prices but last time I called a locksmith it was only $60.
They wouldn’t give me an estimate over the phone so I had no idea it would be that much until after he unlocked my door which took about five minutes. I would suggest people ask for an estimate and call around before having them come to the location.

Friendly and efficient service. Mike ,Zip locksmith, and the lady who helped make our appointment were both very nice and professional from the get go. Mike arrived on time and was able to do all the work needed in an efficient manner. He did good work and the pricing was clear and fair. I highly recommend them.
