5-10 minutes for the gate to open due to malfunction. The wash shut off before I even entered it. Most of the equipment didn’t work and my car looked about the same when I got out. Save your money and go to Club

Zips Care Wash used to be the place to go. They had good service, gave you a wipe for inside of your car and anemployee used to give you a nice prewash before you went in. If you're like me and always on the go... I'm only able to wash my car maybe once a week. That prewash really helped get the hard bug guts off! Now they don't do anything. They barely lead you in so that your wheels are lined up to go in. I'm so disappointed I'm going somewhere else. Get with your game Zips or others are going with me.

I like driving in for a quick wash.

I have their monthly membership for unlimited washes.

I'm a little disappointed in one of the cleaner parts about halfway through the wash on the right side barely spins. I wouldn't imagine it would do a thorough job.

I also don't understand why you have someone spray the left side of the vehicle but never the right.
