I simply love their food, but the rest of the experience was not good. They have their dining room shut down still since covid so only have drive thru or you can walk in and order, but it has to be to go. The wait time for my food was ridiculous and there is nothing but kids running the place and none that I interacted with had any customer service skills.Iif I didn't like their food so much I would spend my money elsewhere.

Fast food isn’t good, and good food isn’t fast. This place really hits the mark, classic American burger shop at an affordable price. Staff was friendly, wait time was reasonable, and the food was delicious. Tried the jalapeño ranch with their classic crinkle cut fries, does not disappoint!

Never been here before, I live in Texas and came to Washington to visit. Ordered the tub o tots and a bowl of chilli and they were out of chilli.
🤷 oh well can't be helped I guess.
Was good service and the tots were good.
