Only reason I’m giving it one star is because I have to. Ordered a 6pc chicken and fries. After being blown away by paying almost $19 at a fast food joint, when I finally got my over priced food, it was burnt. Chicken was stale, burnt, tasteless. Asked to get the food remade, and was denied. Wanted a refund, denied. Fries were the only thing that made the meal tolerable, and that’s not saying much. Wasn’t even able to finish the burnt chicken even using as much tarter as I could. If anyone wants horrible service and disgusting food, this is the zips to go to.

I've been to lots of Zips in my lifetime, but this one in particular (on the Northside of Spokane WA) was absolutely delicious & very pleasant to visit.

Though Zips is kinda pricey for being 'fast-food', their food was definitely fresh & worth every penny! Absolutely LOVE their milkshakes as well.

The young teenage boys who were working there were very smiley & genuinely kind. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, even by an employee who wasn't even our cashier. Just probably wanted to make sure that we were greeted properly. Good manners on those teen-employees👌🏻 (Quite impressive for being young teenage boy employees! Haha)

They even brought our food out to our table once it was all prepared. The environment was spacious & very clean & tidy, as well as being very appealing to look, sit, & eat at.

It was truly the most pleasant Zips I've ever been to. A+👍🏻

It was my birthday yesterday and I decided to treat myself to a SIX DOLLAR Papa Joe. So over the moon to know they are back where they belong @ 2.50. So excited to add them to my diet again.
