Came in with a 65.00 order and they left out the main portion of the meal. I would suggest more than one person double checking orders before they go out. I had to wait in line for another 10 minutes for the rest of my order and everything was soggy. Not exactly satisfied. Total time waiting for fast food burger and fries was 35 minutes. Yes I understand people are sort staffed, but maybe doing a double check on things would eliminate the need for double work.

We had a great experience at Zips (first time there). I didn't get the staffs name but he took great care of us, describing all the menu items and even provided a tasty sample. Rare exceptional service for a fast food.

Cute little clean place with self-order kiosk that isn't over techy. A young couple may even enjoy a quiet affordable date inside.
