Don't waste your time or money sending them a sample from a sick animal; take them to a vet.

Great resource IF you know something about cat medicine/husbandry. Not for the casual cat owner because you are unlikely to know what the results mean or how to treat it (most people should go to their vet). But this site is a godsend for owners who know something about medicine.
