Wow!! My daughter & I went in to look at shoes & Aya was AMAZING! She was friendly & engaging in the most sincere way. My daughter instantly connected with her about basketball. Her personality & ease with conversation with both me & my 7th grader was awesome. She’s a gem! Zumiez is lucky to have her as an employee. Of course we bought the shoes & I would hire Aya as a coach if possible!

Never going to buy at zumiez I ordered shoes online I tried them in the house never stepped outside then I tried returning the shoes but they won’t accept it because some paper in the bottom is messed up and I received it like that as well. Go for another brand they told me it’s fine to return them then the other guy said no.

They have cool items and the staff is really helpful. However, if you feel uncomfortable with people not wearing masks, the staff do not wear masks here.
