I've been coming to Zumiez to get my $15 "throw away" wayfarer knock off sunglasses for year's. They didn't have them on the rack. Ethan helped me rummage through the drawer and I found my same exact pair in 45 seconds. Excellent service, in and out.

Amazing experience tonight! I believe the manager on duty helped my son customize a skateboard (cashier ID- RM1071). He was patient, shared his knowledge, laughed at my sons jokes and silliness, but most importantly gave his time to my 9 year old. I am very appreciative of his service and the other associates working in the store tonight who engaged my son and had fun with him. Thank you all so much!

I love the Zumiez at Aruba Sutter Mall where I live. The guys in there know my son my son's a huge skating fan. He has been for the last 2 years they know the kind of boards he likes they know the kind of grip tape he likes they know the kind of clothes he likes they know everything about him and there's a rotating shift of different guys in there there is one woman who works there and she is just as versed in my son as everyone else. They see lots of people everyday and they know my son they know what he wants they know the kind of hardware he uses they know the kind of trucks he likes they know the kind of Wheels he likes they know the kind of clothes he likes they know everything about him. They also will show him what's on sale and are very honest with him about hey we found this to be a better product than this. Now that may not work very well for Zumiez but it does because it's the reason we keep going in there these employees are outstanding it's a clean store and I highly recommend if you're in the Yuba City area and are in need of some skateboarding materials and or clothing I would head to Zumiez. If I had to write this one out of 10 Stars I would give them 10 Stars
