My son LOVES Zumiez however they have horrible custom service on the phone. Everything we order online we have shipped to this store and it's rare that they answer their phone. This has been an ongoing issue for the last year. I called yesterday for status because I received a email update, tried three times before someone answered then when I was explaining my scenario the call dropped, tried to call back and no one answer. They're great when you walk into the store I just wish that someone would answer the phone.

We came in today with the hopes of being able to exchange a tshirt my husband got for Christmas, but it had no tags or anything on it so we were going around to store that carry the Obey brand with the hopes of tracking down where it came from, and the 2 employees there this afternoon were so sweet and took the time to step away from their tasks and search on the computer for it, even though the shirt wasn’t from here and they couldn’t help us they showed great customer service and patience with us! We appreciate you two! Thank you!

I don't think I can say enough good things about this store and the exceptional service! Dallas was so helpful from helping me with my questions over the phone to helping me in store when I came to pick up my items. I live in Fontana so even though this store is far out of my way I would rather drive the extra just to have service like this! Others stores should take notes. Thanks for your help guys!
