Excellent shop! Great knives! But you can't sharpen them like that! Only manual sharpening, if you want the knife to please you with its excellent geometry for as long as possible!

The gentleman who helped us was extremely helpful! We called ahead of time to get our knives sharpened and luckily they were and they had someone available that day to do the knive sharpening. We ended up purchasing another knife after consulting with the rep. They shared with us that they will be opening another store in Santa Monica. Very happy to hear about that! All their inventory is currently on sale - some as low as half off! Definitely worth your time to check out the store if you're looking for a new knife set or your knives need sharpening.
