10 months ago I purchased a truck from 4-H Auto. I was in need of a vehicle fast, and the truck at the time fit our needs. Unfortunately, I am regretting making the purchase.
Initially I gave a 5 star review. So this is a ‘10 months later update post’.
The truck has been NOTHING but problems. Just after purchasing the truck, I had found the exhaust manifold needed repaired. Luckily, me and Cheri split the cost for that repair which I do appreciate.
A month later I had to replace the wheel bearing on the right side and found the CV axle on left side needs replaced. The rear has developed a horrible shake around 45-50mph. Now, in addition to this, the check engine light is on. Multiple cylinder misfire. Got it looked at, they advised a rebuild. The warranty I purchased does not even come close to covering the repairs. I’m all for supporting local business, however, my experience has not been a good one.
Cheri does have great customer service and she makes the process a breeze, so there is much to like about working with her. But at least in my case, the problems outweigh the good. And they do so tremendously.
