There are so many products available in the store that I want and need, my only reason for not purchasing more items is that I run out of money, So I will save up more and return as soon as possible.

I've always been impressed with the quality in all of 5.11's gear. My visit to the Salt Lake City store was fantastic and the crew was extremely helpful. Recently, I ordered something and there was a small problem. 5.11 took care of it quickly and professionally. They've got a lifelong customer in me!

Gone are the retail days of trained salespeople who would say hello and ask if you needed anything. I spent over an hour today looking for Range Bags, with no help or assistance. I have no idea if I couldn't find it or if it was on a shelf in back or out of stock. 2 employees never even looked my way. Maybe 5.11 should put a sign up saying if you need help to text the lazy millennials? So I went down the street and spent $320 at Impact.
