This store's employees and managers were very unkind to my brother during the blizzard in Big Bear. He had no other shelter options, so he parked in the 7 Eleven parking lot just to escape the snow. However, they asked him to leave at 3 am, in the midst of heavy snowfall when there were no other cars in the lot. It was an extremely dangerous situation, and it breaks my heart to think about how scared he must have been. I wish they had waited until the morning when it was safer for him to leave. I feel deeply disappointed by their lack of compassion, and I hope the people in this area choose not to support this store so that they realize the importance of treating customers with kindness and empathy.

If I could leave negative stars I would. Manager and staff extremely racist. I have never felt so uncomfortable in an establishment like I did here. I asked a simple question and they made it so complicated. Funny enough a white woman behind us asked the exact same question and they helped her no issue. They said they didn’t want us holding back the line, but had no issue letting another white lady run to her car and get cash. Definitely a difference in treatment. They also sold us milk that had gone bad but we noticed once we were back at our rental. They don’t have it refrigerated right, but being that we’re not around here and we didn’t know where else to go we chose the convenience of a 7-eleven. I’m so disappointed & I’ll never stop here again.

The place has all the junk food that you want but don't need...... The people that work there are very nice.
