Mark and the 818 Home Inspection team are great. I just had an inspection conducted for a home I am purchasing and was very satisfied with the professionalism and results. I was also impressed with use of modern technology like infrared devices. Mark looked in every nook and cranny and provided an on site summary highlight prior to the full report. The report was ready the same day! Wow. Super fast and super thorough.

This is my second time dealing with 818 Inspections. They are on time always and give a very detailed report about everything you ask for. Pictures are taken for different parts of the inspected areas , which helps to solve a problem.I recommend them for your business. Dina
