Reserved a grade-all Reach Forklift two weeks before we needed it. They promised it would be delivered to the work site by 9am. When I checked back a week later (a week before the reservation) they said they had no record of the reservation and that all their lifts were rented and would not be available. Really messed up our project under a tight installation deadline.

My of my 2 favorite spots to rent equipment.The guys always smile and treat me well and know my name....they always back me up when equipment goes down and are honest with my wallet....customer service is obsolete with most places these days but not A1,it's there #1 quality

Best rental center around 30 years contractor and by far these guys are great and dependable manager Danny really friendly and helpful and mechanics Joel and Dennis are amazing and very knowledgeable best rental Center in the peninsula
