They did not keep in touch, I had to call them. I don't think they even ordered the part then they were like oh you do want us to fix it ? That's why I dropped it off ? I tried emailing them and got no response had to call after my washer was there for 10 days.

My dryer went out on a weekend. The soonest anyone could get to my house was 2 weeks. I could have waited for several days for A and A to make a house call ( which was a week and a half sooner than anyone else). But Over the phone, Robert the owner was thorough and detailed with questions which helped me diagnose the issue. I was able to drive to his shop, pick up the part and have it fixed in no time. I wouldn't hesitate recommending his business. I will never go anywhere else for parts or appliance repair and keep the business close to home. Nothing but gratitude and satisfaction.

Never were on time kept moving my repair back quoted me 119 for an assessment if they couldn't fix it that's all I pay they said. After three trips out and throwing an 80 dollar part at the problem they concluded they couldn't fix it...my bill went up to almost 300 dollars for them to assess they couldn't fix it.
