I bought a Sony tv that stopped working after less than three years of low-moderate use. I wrote an explained my problem. He advised me to buy a new tv, which is obviously not in his immediate economic interest. This makes me want to go to him if/when I have another problem.

I was pleased with the service from A-Plus: my television was picked up from my home and the repairman was transparent about the cost (parts and labor). Television returned in perfect condition AND in time for the Super Bowl.
