In my opinion this man is incompetent and negligent. He missed the roof leaks as well as some major electrical issues. After less than 2 months in the house I'm replacing a roof he said had 10-15 years left in it. He also lied about how many layers of shingles were on the roof which greatly affects the replacement cost. AVOID HIM AT ALL COST!!
