I scheduled my appointment time block online. The office called me the morning of my time block and canceled saying that they could not get me in for service today and it would need to be another day (after scheduling my day around their service). Then after rebooking for another day they notified me that the $40 something dollar service charge to come out would instead be $80 dollars. They are very misleading on their website and advertising. I did a company search and they show Auburn - Bell Road, so to charge almost double for service in Auburn is again misleading (Even if it the service fee is waived if they do the work). That is a big jump in pricing and NOT mentioned upfront when scheduling.

These guys are definitely a 5.0 company. All the guys are totally helpful go away Beyond anybody’s needs they give you advice which is correct and true that you usually have to pay for free they’re always welcoming their polite or courteous, everything you’d want in appliance place to be, and they always have their items stocked and the prices are definitely affordable so anybody who thinks differently go somewhere else because apparently this isn’t your kind of business
