Paid for a custom door. Door came in a inch too short. Took it anyway and let them rig it to fit. Mice ran under the door all winter because there was a gap under the door. Finally fixed it after months of waiting. Wiring is door was done incorrectly and my labor had to rewire. Door broke in less than a year and they refused to come out and fix it.

When Robert arrived, I got a good feeling right away he knew what to do. I have an 86 year old solid redwood tilt up 2-car garage door, which banged down hard on closing, and was too heavy for the motor to lift. First think Robert did was balance the door with new stronger springs -- something I never thought to do. Then, he installed a new closing mechanism at my request, wired up everything, told me how to check if the safety beam was working, and if not, how to adjust it to align properly. I was surprised at how affordable the whole job was. Thank you, A1.

Terrible customer service. Had a brand new garage door with track installed by the company. Older home with known foundation issues before the installation. Door came off track less the 6 months after it was installed. Technician came out and put the door back on the track. A week later the door started making a loud metal squeaking… technician came back out charged us 100$ to zip tie a wheel so that the garage door didn’t shift. Long story short if you want a brand new garage door that will function like a piece of junk. Go with this company! Then when it brakes they will blame in on your foundation even when the door is less than 6 months out from being installed.
