Very nice staff with decent hours. I accidentally stayed on site at my unit there and was technically locked in, but was able to use the gate control box to call security and they reached out to the manager whom was able to open gate for me. Thanks again for that. -Kevin G.

Tried calling several times on different days and no one answers they clearly need more staff or to switch owners. The service here is ridiculous and on a good day the manager doesn't want to be there and seems irritated to do any part of their job. Also on the camano site multiple people have reported rats and damage to their belongings and they haven't done anything but leave traps everywhere they can rather then getting an exterminator like regular storage companies do. I will be switching here shortly don't make the same mistake I did.

Carrie is amazing at AAA Camano Heated Storage! She was incredibly helpful in getting me set up with a unit at the last minute and I greatly appreciate it. I rented there for years and had a great experience. And am glad I can rent there again.Thank you AAA Camano for providing exceptional customer service, clean facilities and a very safe environment.
