I got a flat tire on my new electric mountain bike. I couldn't be happier with the exceptional service I got here. The owner/mechanic is a very experienced, very friendly, and very knowledgeable person. I watched as he immediately got to work on the problem, found the cause, and replaced my inner tube. He fixed a couple of other small things that he found before they became issues, too. The other workers in the shop, his wife and son (I assume), were great, too. His prices were also more than fair. I highly recommend this shop as a go-to for your bike needs.

My wheelchair got a flat on the drive to Banff. We stopped in the first bike shop after the border crossing. Mr.Tran was excellent
The customer service was great. He had the tires I use ,however I went with the tires he recommended.
They did much better in the snow than my other brand. He is quick ,knowledgeable and friendly

Good service, been there twice now. I wish he had provided the original packaging of the new parts after installation to make sure they are brand new. I also think an additional $15 labour for a new chain is very expensive when I am already paying $30 labour for rear brake pad change
