Completely useless, do not ever use them. Technician came to the house charge for the visit, and were suppose to order parts which they never did and never come back.

By far one of the most unprofessional places. This is our second issue with them. They send technicians who try to get out of doing any repairs and will blame the customer for the issue. They don't want to be accountable for any work and are outright rude when you call management. They were sent by our insurance company and are a total waste.

After paying $875, their crew left a mess when they installed an $8500 Thermador range - finger prints everywhere, stuff all over counter (I had to step out and missed their exit). I called the owner the next day and he said he would look into it - never heard from him. I called the next week and spoke with a woman in the office who said she’d look into it - never called me back. I called MD Appliances since they recommended them. MD called them and we’re told they would call me... never heard from them. I called MD Appliances because I hadn’t heard back from anyone - they called them again and we’re told I would receive a call...no call. All I wanted was acknowledgment... and at this point maybe a slight refund... didn’t even get the basic customer service of a returned call.. no respect. $875!! Bag these guys... they must live on referrals ... not too happy with MD either... hope they stop referring Accurate - it’s tarnishing their reputation.
