There are many many things that I could say right now. And I realize that a company such as this probably doesn't have many people coming into their lobby happy about being there however, you don't know what someone is going through and a little bit of kindness goes a long way. The events that led to me being there this afternoon had nothing to do with me. Someone else's actions landed me there and I had to pay for it in addition to that so I was already having a very hard day. When I came to pick up my vehicle I literally felt like I was bothering the person at the front desk. She was rude and cold. She came off with an attitude like she was better than me. Not to mention when I got my vehicle it was damaged so I have a pretty bad taste in my mouth from my whole entire experience with this company. There was no professionalism at all. I still can't find the keys to my vehicle they said "they're in there somewhere just start the car". In addition a lot of change was stolen out of my vehicle as well as my child's pokémon cards. I didn't bother going in and talking to them about the damage and missing items because I already know what they're going to say. I guess when it comes to this particular place the customer doesn't matter. $500 for a vehicle to be towed and kept for one night is astronomical for someone who's living paycheck to paycheck. And then sprinkle on top damaging their vehicle, stealing from them and being rude to them when they come in, it all adds up to a horrible experience. And again I understand that it's not supposed to be a great experience that's the nature of the business I'm just saying it's not hard to smile and it's not hard to stop and think about somebody else and what they could be going through and just showing a tiny bit of compassion.
UPDATE: in response to your comments, you are incorrect. I was extremely respectful. The person who I came there with may have said something rude but I refused to be a part of that in case you didn't notice I did not come back inside after all that happened. So once again you're making a customer who was nothing but respectful feel like an inconvenience and like a problem. Wow! You guys are awesome have a great night yourself.
