Was going to purchase an oil drop pan saw two employees walking out talking about getting a rental car from the airport no one acknowledged I was there, said hello or let another employee know there was a customer, this was my first and last time going to Advance auto parts. Needless to saw after waiting I pur the drop pan back and left.

Basic customer service needs improvement and I hope to God the guy going to get the car wasn't management otherwise definitely needs more training.

The guys working were super helpful in getting my new battery I bought that was bad replaced with a good one and were great about installing it! Super great service!!
